convenient spot for city strolls and park views
I loved how close this place was to birchwood nature park, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful walk in nature after exploring the city, and the cheerful staff made my one-night stay even better with their efficient service. the room was also great with plenty of space for a solo traveler like me but it could use a bit of tidying up in areas like the restaurant to make it feel fresher.

Significant updates needed for dated decor!!! Noise from event functions disgraced the atmosphere!!! Poor quality control in room facilities creates discomfort!!!

Exceptional service and delicious dining
We had a lovely one-night stay, greeted warmly by Caitlin at reception. The room was not only comfortable but also exceptionally clean, and I enjoyed a delicious rib eye steak for dinner while my husband raved about the carvery. The friendly staff consistently checked on us without being intrusive, making for a pleasant experience overall. The shower was incredible, too, definitely one of the best I've had!

had a super chill 3 nights here. the rooms were great and really clean. breakfast was top notch, and the staff made me feel super welcome. the receptionist was really helpful too, gave me some tips for exploring the area. overall, an awesome stay!
the only downside was the noise from the function below my room on the last night. also, the coffee situation was a bit lacking since they only gave a couple of bags.
